The premise of the "Schindler's List" is not that far-fetched. Men and women forced to serve in a concentration camp, often for no reason other than to bring a man or woman in money. There was little time to relax and enjoy oneself when it came to running for one's life from the guards, but once they were running, there was no way to stop and fight back.
There was something exceptional about the performance of the people in the film "Schindler's List." They all made it to the end, with their dignity intact. There was no one left behind in the traps, and in the end, only the sad but strong survivors had survived.
So what really happened at the end of the movie? The survivors are just like Schindler. They have no choice but to continue living the same daily routine. They have no idea about how their lives would have turned out if things were different.
If only these survivors could have known what will happen to them in the future. There are many survivors who have seen the film "Schindler's List" and are confused about what they saw. Some think that the last scene is showing Schindler having to deal with several thousand prisoners in his own concentration camp after he knew what was happening and told his boss what he knew.
Robert C. Lennon, an author of a book about Schindler wrote, "I was stunned by the truth of his words and his power to prevent the women from giving in and being killed or taken away. But it's obvious that even if he had told her of the 'Bataan Death March,' the outcome would not have been the same for her as it was for the others."
So, is the movie "Schindler's List" as suspenseful as it sounds? Is the movie about a concentration camp? The truth is, the movie is about what happened when men and women were forced to do unspeakable things.
Is the movie a Hollywood masterpiece, or does it lack in special-effects wizardry? Is the movie a heart-breaking work of art, or is it a movie that makes you shiver in sympathy for the terrible fate that befell the survivors of Auschwitz? We all have our opinions on the matter, and they differ greatly.
There is no one type of movie. What is the criteria for a great movie? Everyone has different preferences, and people have different tastes. We each know what movies are good and what movies are bad, so we can go on and find movies that we like by looking for them in public libraries, comparing them to other movies that we have seen, or by looking at online reviews.
